| Mr.
Delbyck represents U.S. and Asian firms involved in
the importation of merchandise into the United States
and other export markets. He advises on a wide range
of customs and trade and commercial matters. Mr. Delbyck
established his firm on June 1, 1993 and he is a member
of the California Bar Association. Mr.
Delbyck frequently lectures on legal issues related
to the import and export of merchandise. Mr. Delbyck
has addressed groups throughout Asia and the United
States, including the PRC Ministry of Foreign Trade
& Economic Cooperation, the Hong Kong Trade and
Industry Department, the Hong Kong Society of Accountants,
the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the American
Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong General
Chamber of Commerce, the Hong Kong Shippers¡¯ Council,
the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited,
the California Fashion Association and United States
Customs and Border Protection in San Francisco. Mr.
Delbyck has served as Honorary Lecturer in the Department
of Law of The University of Hong Kong where he taught
a class on customs and trade aspects of international
business transactions.
