Customer Service Hotline Takes a Step Up
As customers¡¯ demands on our telephone service increase,
ShanghaiMart must strive to keep pace. That is why a
new customer service hotline was launched on April 28,
2003 to replace the old service line.
The new hotline (6236 0000) can be accessed from 8:30am-7pm
from Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm on weekends. By promising
a swift response to all inquiries, either by direct
reply to the customer or immediately referring their
concerns to the relevant department, it represents a
great improvement over the old service line. The hotline¡¯s
personnel are extensively trained in customer service.
To smooth the transition from the old line to the new,
both numbers will be available concurrently for a time.
Later, a voicemail service will be put on the original
service line.
The new hotline will be closed on public holidays.

Maintenance Inquiry: engineering maintenance
requests, requests for paid engineering maintenance,
refurnishing consultation, telecom service information
search.
¡ñ Security
Service Inquiry: security service inquiries
and requests, supply of access numbers, paid security
services.
¡ñ Estate
Information Inquiry: cleaning service
requests, time-specific cleaning service requests, building
exterior cleaning requests.
¡ñ Rental
Service Information Inquiry: tenant
telephone number search, tenant information search,
rental status search.
¡ñ Exhibition
& Conference Information Inquiry: exhibition
and conference schedule search, host information search.
¡ñ Executive
Service Inquiry: inquiries relating
to office facilities.
