1. Due to showroom size differences, all reservations are made
on a first come first serve basis. Please select your first,
second and third choice of showroom as well as their respective
sizes.
2. Payments via bank transfer must be received by Shanghaimart
three working days prior to the event. Vendors may also pay
by cash, credit card, or RMB check on-site.
3. Deposit is 1/2 of total showroom rental fee, and will
be returned without interest to the vendor if there are no
damages to the showrooms. Vendors are responsible for all
repair costs if there are damages to the showrooms.
4. Showroom operation hours are from 8:30 ¨C 17:30. Any time
beyond 17:30 on the final day of the event will count as an
additional day usage.
5. Vendors can check-in 1 day before the event during operation
hours for display set-up.
6. No changes are allowed to the physical appearance of the
showrooms. All changes subject to damage charges.
7. All signage changes must be made at least three working
days prior to the event.
8. Free sample storage service will be provided three days
before the event and one day after the event. Other time from
that period will be charged: RMB50/ M3 /day (1st
day¡ª10th days), RMB100/ M3/day (11th day ¡ª thereafter).
9. Vendors can use the 4th Floor Business Center service:
Printing, Copy, Fax, Telephone and Internet Access.
