you check in, we shall accompany you to tour where you are supposed
to be. Upon your complete satisfaction of rooms and facilities,
our customer service representatives would ask you to kindly
fill in a form of estate acceptance and sign. If anything undetected
found afterwards, you may still contact us by 62360000 and a
maintenance requisition is then done for you. |

| Upon receiving
of your keys, if anything about interior decoration is needed,
please do contact us so that we, our colleagues in Engineering
and Service Department and you can work together to have the
concerning engineering completed. Upon the finish of the engineering,
we shall carry out a test operation for those facilities added
and meanwhile switch on the central air-conditioning and inner
slot lamps. |

| For telecom
service connections such as telephone line-in and ADSL etc.,
come to us to get the concerning application forms. Upon filling
of these forms, you go to branch of China Telecom in 700 Gubei
Road and have the appropriate application procedure done over
there. Then you can just let us know your assigned numbers and
we shall negotiate the service asked to your room directly. |
