ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE
ShanghaiMart is dedicated to
improving our service to tenants. This memo announces
a new HOTLINE number, as well as new procedures aimed
at improving our service to you.
Beginning Monday, April 28
at 8:30am, tenants can call (8621)6236.0000. This is
a DIRECT number that will connect you to our Customer
Service Representatives. And our new roll over lines
will dramatically cut down on the number of busy signals
that tenants experienced under the previous system.
This new operation will consist
of three SM employees, trained in Customer Service procedures,
who are dedicated to responding to your service hotline
calls in the areas of engineering & facility maintenance,
housekeeping and cleaning services, tenant inquiries,
event schedules, etc. Two employees will be assigned
to your phone calls and the other will serve in the
capacity of ˇ°expediterˇ± to ensure that ShanghaiMart
service promised is ShanghaiMart service delivered.
This is just one of several
new Service initiative announcements that will be made
over the next 30 days---all directed at making the quality
and responsiveness of our Service as impressive as our
Building.
